Q. Why join Jexo?

Finding your own offers, can be challenging and time consuming. At Jexo, we provide provide top converting offers. Your time is best used to work on your traffic and let us help you make the most of it.

Q. What kind of offers yield the best on Jexo?

It really depends on your own traffic. Our offers range widely from multiple niches including dating, financial, weight loss, education, surveys, health, mobile, etc. They key is to work close with the affiliate managers, and if you do not find offers that suit your traffic, we will work to add the offers to our network.

Q. I am interested in becoming Jexo publishers, what's next?

Sign up as publisher and make sure the application form is completed thoroughly and correctly as we are very strict on who we choose to let into the network. We have zero tolerance for fraud. Once you have submitted your application, one of our affiliate managers will contact you to go over your application. Providing your phone number is very important to our approval process. If we can't reach you by phone to discuss your plan of advertising, there's a chance that we will not approve you.

Q. What kind of offers yield the best on Jexo?

Q. I do not reside in the USA, will I be accepted as publisher?

We accept publishers from several countries countries out of the US and Canada. Due to the high level of fraud from various countries, fraud prevention measures might be imposed before we send you payment.

Q. I don't have a website, am I eligible to become a publisher?

You do not have to have a website to become our publisher, however we require to know what methods of advertising you use. This is to be discussed during your approval process and we will continue to watch how your traffic is converting. Talk to your affiliate manager, he/she will work with you.

Q. How and when will I get paid?

Payment cycles can be tailored to your specific requirements. As standard procedure, payments are distributed on a NET 15 basis (on the 15th of each month) for the whole period (Example: April 1 to 30 will be paid out on May 15th). A minimum value of $1000 is required during that period for distribution or will be carried forward until that minimum is met.

      * Check ($1000 minimum)
      * PayPal ($1000 minimum)
      * Bank Wire ($1000 minimum)

      Fees associated for transactions by the service
      provider will be passed along to the recipient.
      

Q. Is Incentive traffic allowed?

Most campaigns do not accept incentive traffic. From time to time, we have advertisers who accept such traffic. Assume that incentive traffic is not allowed, unless specified otherwise.

Q. How does tracking work?

Jexo uses LinkTrust affiliate tracking system. We use cookies and javascript to track advertiser sales and leads. Cookies are used in two stages of tracking: at ad load and when the ad is clicked. The function of these cookies is solely for the purpose of paying publishers (website owners) commissions when a consumer creates a lead or makes a purchase.

Q. I can't log in to my account. What do I do?

There could be many reasons why you can't login to the system. If you use the forgot password tool and you still cannot login, please contact your affiliate manager as soon as possible. In most cases, it is because your account is flagged as fraud by our fraud compliance department. Remember, we have zero tolerance for fraud publishers.

Q. Can I plead my case?

Yes and no. If you admit any wrong doing and you are willing to accept the credits requested by our advertisers, you might be allowed to get another chance. Q. I'm interested in running my offers in Jexo's network, what should I do?

Please sign up at http://www.jexo.com/advertisersignup. Please include as much information as possible about your campaign including sample landing pages, CPA rates, target countries and budgetary caps in the "additional information" field. For each campaign, Insertion Order (IO) form is needed to avoid any misunderstanding between two parties.

Q. What kind of traffic source should advertisers expect from Jexo?

Our publishers range from banner placements, email marketing, search engines, social media and others. Advertisers can specify what kind of traffic is accepted in the Insertion Order form. Our account managers can work closely to ensure the success of your campaigns, it is at our best interest to keep our advertisers and publishers happy.

Q. How does tracking work?

Jexo uses LinkTrust affiliate tracking system. It uses cookies and pixels to track actions. We provide advertisers with a tracking pixel to place on the page where they declare an action as valid and should be paid for. This pixel, combined with the cookie generated when the surfer clicks the campaign link, generates a lead in our system.

Q. What is Jexo's policy when it comes to the quality of the traffic or leads?

We have zero tolerance policy for fraud publishers. We do not allow publishers without going through quality assurance and fraud check. While it does not eliminate fraud publishers, we believe it reduces the occurrence fraud and bad leads.

As our advertisers, we also rely on your help to monitor the data and report any problem as early as possible. Please know that bad quality traffic does not mean fraud. We will gladly refund any fraud leads/sales as they are reported to us within the acceptable time period.
